NIRspec
- NIRSpec is equipped with an integral field unit optimized for the spectroscopic study of complex extended objects. It will provide 900 spectra per exposure over a field of view of 3 x 3 arcminutes.(0.6-5mu)
 
MIRI
- 用CAFE拟合,可以得到9.7mu的尘埃光深
 - H2的转动线S(1)-S(7),可以直接测量H2的含量
